Guy's Glasto Good Deed

I heard this story reported on Radcliffe and Maconie on Monday night.

Guy went to Glasto (to enjoy the festival - don't know if the rest of the boys were there) when he came across a digital camera somebody had lost in a field. He's trying to track down the owner with the help of the NME

The same thing I was thinking, what if the owner does not know Elbow?
Maybe they should make a note on the official Glasto-Website too...

Well it's better than nothing. The story was on the radio the other night. It's on the NME website. I've spread it here (and yes I understand that the couple pictured may not know or like Elbow). Who knows where else it may go?

Maybe the story will get around and somebody knows somebody who knows somebody etc.

Look on the positive side. It's better than doing nowt.

We're not saying that. It was a lovely thing to do, we're not taking that away from him. But I don't really read NME unless there is someone on the cover that I like - so if it had been me who had lost the camera I may not hear about it. I thik that's all we meant.

You don't read the NME, but you read that... If everyone who reads if posts it somewhere else, it might get to the right eyes!

Guy's posted in on the official site news page and on their MoBlog as well, so it will spread a wee bit further still. I'd love to be a fly on the wall if/when the owner eventually realises who their Good Samaritan is. Smile
