| Hot Fuzz! Love that flick, though I liked Shaun of the Dead better. When I think about it, many of my fave films are British...Withnail & I (I can get thoroughly obnoxious reciting quotes from that one), The Rutles, Local Hero, Trainspotting, all the Python stuff...having said that, there are exceptions to the rule. Fer example, anything with Hugh Grant in it brings me out in hives. |

| I quite like Little Miss Sunshine, but I think that was American. Still good though. (not that all American films are bad, I like most of them) _________________ Fear my epic posts! Moderator

| Don't get to the movies too often these days unless its the kids rubbish. Although the Spiderwick Chronicles wasn't the worst film i ever seen ! Was quite surprised by Juno, thought it would be crap but went along with the wife and ended up enjoying it. |

| I am thinking I should be a lot more excited about the new Indiana Jones flick than I am...for some reason I'm not too bothered about seeing it, even though I am a fan of the series. |

| Control is stunning. My best film of the 2000s I reckon but I guess I am a little biased because I am a Joy Division nut! I cry like a baby at the end every time without fail. Heima was also really good...so beautifully filmed. I also recommend The Lives Of Others or Das Leben Der Anderen the German film about the Stasi. As a foreign languages student I am building up a collection of foreign cinema and I am convinced that European cinema (including British independent stuff) is far superior than the expensive Hollywood trash that is churned out year on year. _________________ i never know what i want but i know when i'm low that i i need to be in the town where they know what i'm like and don't mind...

| Just saw Prince Caspian...doesn't have a lot to do with the book, but it's great the only thing that some will hate is the fact that some scenes were ripped off from LOTR...scenes that weren't in the book... but i loved it _________________ Hooray, hooray, it's a Cheeky holiday...

| Anyone seen Iron Man yet. It's not too bad imo, the effects are great and the story isn't bad. _________________ Fear my epic posts! Moderator
