Am trying to acquire as many of Elbow's singles as possible and am struggling to buy it at an affordable price. If anyone has it to sell or can lead me to a buyer I'd appreciate it.

Hi Ted, according to AMAZON it was released as a single in 2004 with Switching Off as a b-side........anyway, on whatever format, it'd be great to add to my collection.

Yeah that is the EP and it is well worth getting...the other tracks on it are just lovely. Waving From Windows is unusual but really beautiful. Get it while you can!
